My Experience

I have a strong background in health and social care, including regular night-shift work, safeguarding awareness, mental health and residential rehabilitation support, risk awareness, and professional documentation.

I hold a Level 3 classroom-based First Aid training certificate for children and adolescents.

Through my work in health and social care, I have completed ongoing mandatory training and professional development relevant to safe care practice, including safeguarding awareness, health and safety, risk awareness, confidentiality, professional boundaries, infection prevention, medication awareness, incident reporting and supporting vulnerable people safely.

Although my main professional background is in adult health and social care, many of these skills are transferable to overnight childcare, particularly regarding safety, calm observation, routine, confidentiality, clear communication with parents, and appropriate responses to individual needs.

I have been accepted onto a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy starting in January 2027. This reflects my long-term interest in health, wellbeing, safeguarding, holistic support and professional care.

My Availability

I am available for night-time childcare support only, depending on my work rota. I am mainly interested in flexible, part-time, or occasional night-time roles in Oxfordshire, preferably with children aged 2 and above, school-age children, or teenagers.

I am not looking for daytime childcare roles at this stage, but I am happy to discuss bedtime support, overnight supervision, night-time reassurance and safe night-time presence in the family home.

My Fees

• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)

My fees depend on the type of night-time support required, the number of children, the hours, and whether the role is waking night or sleep-in support. I am happy to discuss this with families before confirming an arrangement.
