- newborn support (not full parenting replacement, but just support for mum and baby). Examples: settling baby, nappy changes, pram walks, helping baby nap, sterilising bottles or pump
- mum support. Examples: allowing me to rest, preparing snacks/drinks and practical day to day support
- light household assistance - keeping the home functioning smoothly with baby laundry, kitchen reset, tidying baby areas and other light household tasks. (Not deep cleaning)
