About Me
I am a friendly and dedicated tutor with a strong academic background in Psychology and experience supporting students with learning in a patient and encouraging manner. I can provide tutoring in Psychology across different areas and topics, including school-level and introductory university-level Psychology.
In addition, I can support children up to high school level with their studies, homework, understanding concepts, exam preparation, and building confidence in learning. I aim to create a calm, supportive, and engaging environment tailored to each student’s individual needs and pace of learning.
My Experience
I currently provide online academic coaching and tutoring for MA Psychology students in subjects including Lifespan Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, and Positive Psychology. I enjoy helping students understand complex psychological concepts in a clear, engaging, and supportive way while also building their confidence in learning and academic discussions.
Alongside my teaching experience, I also have clinical experience in areas including addiction recovery support, counselling, family therapies, and one-to-one supportive sessions. This practical background allows me to integrate psychological theory with real-life clinical understanding, helping students connect academic concepts with practical applications in a meaningful and relatable manner.
