We are looking for a combination of 3 half-days of nursery (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) as close to our home in Ealing as possible, and a part-time nanny to cover the other half of those same days. We haven't yet decided whether nursery should be mornings or afternoons, but we're interested in exploring whether DS can do his lunch nap at home. We would be interested in discussing flexible arrangements with a nanny to suit our evolving needs as we return to work. We understand nursery waiting times can be lengthy and are looking to have any childcare arrangement in place by October 2026.
