Hello, I’m Aisling! I’m a qualified Early Years Practitioner with a warm, caring, and reliable approach to childcare. I’m currently seeking a childminder/nanny role from October 2027. I provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children to learn and thrive. I hold an up-to-date DBS check and First Aid certification, and I’m passionate about supporting children’s development through play, creativity, and positive relationships.

I also enjoy and encourage arts and crafts, sensory play, painting, baking, reading stories, and planning fun activities that encourage learning through play.

My Experience
I have 5 years of experience working in early years settings, Primary schools, and nannying roles, supporting children of different ages, abilities, and individual needs. Throughout my experience, I have developed a warm, patient, and caring approach, creating safe and nurturing environments where children feel happy, supported, and encouraged to grow in confidence.
My experience has allowed me to work closely with children at different developmental stages, supporting their learning, emotional wellbeing, communication, and social development through play-based and child-led activities. I have experience helping with daily routines, homework support, meal preparation, bedtime routines, school pick-ups, and planning engaging activities tailored to each child’s interests and needs.
I also have experience supporting children with additional and special educational needs and understand the importance of inclusive care, patience, and building trusting relationships. I enjoy adapting activities and communication styles to help every child feel included, understood, and confident in themselves.
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 6 qualification in Early Years and I am currently studying part-time in Inclusive Education, which has further strengthened my understanding of supporting children with diverse learning needs and creating inclusive, child-centred environments.
