Our youngest has GAND syndrome. He doesn’t require special care as such, but is functionally a 1-2 year old as opposed to four, and needs to be actively monitored as such.

I’m looking for someone who can watch him or all three children so I can do things for myself such as concerts on occasion, DnD nights, bowling, et cetera on a regular basis to develop some autonomy.

We don’t have set hours yet but they would likely be late evening/early ‘overnight’ though not for the entire night.
