Hi, I’m Jennifer. I am an experienced Teaching Assistant currently working with children from Nursery through to Year 5. My role includes classroom support, intervention work, and one-to-one support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
I hold a Level 3 Access to Health qualification, an EYFS qualification, and a Level 2 Understanding Mental Health qualification. I am also currently studying towards my Level 3 Childcare qualification.
As a mum of two children, including children with additional needs, I understand the importance of providing patient, understanding, and individualised care. Both my professional and personal experiences have helped me develop a strong understanding of supporting children with a wide range of needs and abilities.
I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, and build confidence in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Whether through play, educational activities, homework support, or simply providing a caring and reliable presence, I always strive to meet the needs of each child and family.
I pride myself on being trustworthy, approachable, and dependable, and I enjoy building positive relationships with both children and parents.
My Experience
I am currently employed as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school, supporting children from Nursery to Year 5. My role involves working with children in both classroom and one-to-one settings, helping them to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
I have extensive experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), adapting learning and activities to meet individual needs and ensure every child feels supported, included, and able to thrive.
My experience includes working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting children’s learning through play, assisting with literacy and numeracy development, delivering interventions, and encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
Alongside my professional experience, I am a mum of two children, both of whom have additional needs. This has given me valuable personal insight into supporting children with different abilities and understanding the importance of patience, consistency, and building trusting relationships.
I am passionate about helping children grow in confidence, achieve their potential, and feel safe, happy, and supported in their environment.

My Availability
I am available during school hours on weekdays and throughout school holidays. As a Teaching Assistant and mum of two, I understand the importance of reliability, flexibility, and clear communication. I am happy to discuss regular, part-time, or occasional childcare arrangements and will always do my best to accommodate the needs of families where possible.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
Babysitting: £10–£12 per hour
Childcare/Nannying: £11–£13 per hour
Private Tutoring: £15–£20 per hour
School Holiday Childcare: £11–£13 per hour
