About Me
We are a friendly family of four based in SEND near Woking. We are seeking a warm, reliable and experienced nanny to provide childcare and support for our 5-year-old daughter.
This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys creating a nurturing, engaging and structured environment for children and who can become a valued part of our family.
My Requirements
Working Hours
Term time:
2-8pm Monday - Thursday
1 Friday afternoon and 1 Saturday morning babysitting per month (2-3 hours)
Mainly school pickups and evening childcare care
Additional hours in School holidays to be agreed mutuallyq
Responsibilities
• School collections
• Taking our daughter to after-school activities, including swimming, gym and ballet
• Supporting with homework and educational activities
• Organising play dates and age-appropriate activities
• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment
• Preparing healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for our daughter
• Supporting parents with household routines and adapting to changing family needs
• Supporting with daily routines and encouraging independence
• Carrying out nursery duties, including children's laundry, organising belongings, and keeping play
areas clean and tidy
• Driving when required and assisting with occasional errands
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of professional childcare experience
• Early Years qualification or relevant childcare qualification preferred
• Experience supporting children with additional needs/SEN is highly desirable
Enhanced DBS cleared and up to date Paediatric First Aid completed
