Live Out Nanny Job in High Wycombe
About Me
We are looking for a nanny to join our family working 2-3 days per week from autumn 2026, working 8am – 5pm on a Monday and Wednesday initially with the view to add a Friday in the New Year. It would be helpful to have some options for the odd date night cover too.
We are a family of 5, two mommies with a 5 year old son, 3 year old daughter and 6 month old daughter. We also have a very loving dog who we all adore.
We have been blessed over the past 6 years with a nanny who has become a core part of our family unit and we will miss her dearly. She will be retiring in the autumn (exact date tbc) and we are eternally grateful to her for all she has taught us, the love she has shown our children and the calm and care she has brought to our house. We are opening up our home and hearts to someone who is full of love, patience and kindness and to whom we can form a brilliant working and personal relationship.
My Requirements
The type of person we believe would be a great fit for us is one who has a wealth of experience and is a calm presence (we are a lively lot – so a ying to our yang!), enjoys getting out and about, and in an environment they feel safe and trusted in can be themselves and get hands on where needed. Currently the arrangement is that our nanny has our baby on a Monday, and our 3 year old and baby on a Wednesday. On both days they have activities such as Baby College and outings to Odds Farm planned. There may be an occasion where we require you to drop off/pick our son up from school which is a 10-minute walk from our house. Household duties would include washing the babies bottles, preparing kids food and if there’s time helping with the laundry.
