My name is Richard, I work from home in Hereford and my partner looks after our son full-time. He's about to turn 3 and after years of little extra help I'm hoping to find someone to help out a few hours a week until he goes to Nursery in September.

Our son loves to talk and discuss things, often asking 'why?' — we're looking for someone who enjoys explaining things and talking about the world to a small person in a way they can understand. He also loves to roleplay doing jobs with his toys, so someone who will engage in roleplay and interactive play would be ideal.
