About Me
Hey all, my name is Elle! i am 19 years old i am currently full-time employed in a nursery?i began my journey in childcare at the age of 16, and have only progressed and learned more since! i studied social care previously before child care, where i gained my qualification for loss and grief. I am fully trained in first aid through outside agencies via my workplace standards. i have lots of experience in caring and working with children with additional support needs, i adore all children i work with and will always take the time to understand their personal needs and personality, to support them in the best way suitable for each of them in particular. i have recently began learning sign language to implement to my everyday practice of working with non- verbal children. i completed and gained my SVQ IN SOCIAL SERVICES (CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE)
SCQF LEVEL 7 in may 2025! i have only continued my studies via my hubba training on a variety of valuable learning opportunities. i have worked amongst all age groups ranging from new born to pre-schoolers, for a short time and in my personal time i have cared for children after school! i am always happy to learn knew things and adapt to new environments.
In my free time i enjoy furthering my learning about childcare theorists and additional support needs, i love attending my local gym and having self-care days such as getting facials and massages!?
I am an extremely happy, motivated and energetic individual! i love getting messy and creating a variety of fun environments and experiences for children i care for!
My Experience
i began my childcare journey at the age of 16, in which i began my early years apprenticeship! i learned so much in my practical work experience, creating myself to be the person i am today within my workplace setting. i finished my apprenticeship gaining my SVQ IN SOCIAL SERVICES (CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE)
SCQF LEVEL 7 qualification in may 2025!? i continued my theory learning through hubba training online, in which i have completed numerous of courses to better my understanding and knowledge within childcare settings. i have gained my first aid training, child smile training and safe sleeping training via outside agencies which attended my current workplace!
within my current workplace day to day i work with a high number of children with additional support needs! which i absolutely adore, i have several children with individual different needs in which i have used my personal time to research and learn further into their individual needs and requirements. i have recently learned and will continue to learn, sign language to support my communication and interaction with each of the children within my workplace and the public who are non- verbal. i have gained knowledge of strategies to support each child’s regulation of emotions, whilst embracing their independence!

My Availability
Hey! i will always be available and happy to babysit during weekends however i currently work within a nursery monday- friday, only evenings after 6pm i will be available on these days?
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
- Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
My fees are mainly based on below what i currently earn within my nursery workplace, i am happy to provide resources to create my fun-filled experiences to keep your child engaged and happy throughout!?
I am also extremely aware that everyone has different financial standards, which i am happy to discuss a more suitable fee within reason if needed.
