About Me

We're a family of four — Mum and Dad both work in care, and we have two daughters aged 3 and 1. Our 3-year-old has a hearing loss, and we all communicate through sign language and speech. We're looking for a childminder who can build a strong connection with our girls and is happy to learn sign language — experience with sign language is a bonus but not essential. We don't have much family support, so finding the right person is really important to us.

Regular Friday care needed, 9am–6pm. Occasional Monday and Tuesday support as required. Currently potty training our 3-year-old, so we'd appreciate a childminder who can support and encourage this consistently.
