Looking for an experienced child minder or nanny to look after my 1 year old daughter

I am new to the area of Solihull and a new mum of one child - she’s is just over one years old now and I’m returning to work full time.
My Requirements
I would like to find either a child minder locally or a nanny who can come to the house and look after my daughter a couple of days a week - she is full of personality and has started walking now. I work from home a few days a week. I don’t need every day but I am exploring availability so I have filled out the calendar for 5 days a week.
