My Requirements

We’re a busy, warm household with two mixed heritage girls aged 3 and 5.

I’m a doctor, founder and CEO running a fast-growing health and education business, and I need someone who can be a genuine support across the family and the home.

The role includes:
• School drop-offs and pickups
• Childcare for both girls — engaged, nurturing, flexible
• Household support: cooking, laundry, shopping, planning
• Light PA duties — diary support, errands, keeping things running smoothly
• Project involvement — we’re launching a microschool and someone with project management skills would thrive here

Times:
Monday - Admin / Project Mx only 9-5
Tuesday - Thurs 8-6
Friday 8:30 - 1:30pm

Up to 2 evenings per week

There is some flexibility around this and as I work from home and London it’s a mix of sole charge and shared care work.

What I’m looking for:
Someone open-minded, adaptable, and calm under pressure.

You don’t need to have done every part of this before; but you need to be the kind of person who takes initiative and grows into a role.

Willingness to travel occasionally (UK and international) is a bonus.

This is not a standard nanny job.

It suits someone ambitious, open minded who wants to be part of something bigger and is excited by variety.
