Manda
Nanny in Bromsgrove
My Summary
About Me
Hi, my name is Amanda. I’m 25 years old and have over seven years of experience working in childcare. I currently work as a Senior Room Manager, where I support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing on a daily basis.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is watching children grow in confidence, reach important milestones, and develop new skills. I am passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
Although I have not worked as a nanny before, I am excited about the opportunity to provide more personalised, one-to-one care and build strong relationships with both children and their families. I am enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to bring my childcare experience into this new role.
For a nanny application, it’s also worth mentioning any relevant qualifications (such as childcare certifications, first aid training, safeguarding training, or a driving licence) if you have them.
My Experience
I have over seven years of experience working in childcare. My passion for supporting children’s growth and development led me to complete my Level 3 Childcare qualification in college, and I have been working in the sector ever since.
I started my career as a Level 3 Practitioner and, through hard work, dedication, and a genuine love for childcare, I have progressed through two promotions to become a Room Leader and now a Senior Room Manager. In my current role, I oversee the day-to-day running of the room, support my management team, mentor staff, and ensure children receive the highest standard of care and education.
I hold a Paediatric First Aid qualification and have completed training in safeguarding and child development. One of the things I enjoy most about my role is watching children learn, grow, and reach important milestones, while building strong relationships with both children and their families.
Although I have not worked as a nanny before, I am excited about the opportunity to provide more individualised care and become a trusted part of a family’s support network. I believe my extensive childcare experience, leadership skills, and nurturing nature would allow me to make a positive impact in a nannying role.
