We have a 13-month-old daughter and are looking for a part-time nanny who is far more than a caregiver — someone who can be an important developmental companion. We're seeking a native British English speaker with a clear accent, who is patient, warm, emotionally responsive, and experienced with babies and toddlers aged 1–3. Ideally someone who enjoys helping children develop language skills, confidence, and positive daily habits through play, reading, music, and conversation. My Requirements
Help establish healthy routines including meals, naps, hygiene, and age-appropriate developmental activities. We're looking for someone emotionally nurturing who can build secure attachment, handle tantrums and separation anxiety with patience, and support language development and learning. Skilled at gentle guidance, building confidence through interaction and play, and creating a safe, emotionally secure space. Long-term support is important to us.
