My Experience

I have 10 years’ experience working in childcare within nursery settings, progressing up to Third in Charge. I have also worked in a safeguarding centre as a Family Assessment Worker, supporting children and families with safety and wellbeing assessments. Alongside this, I started babysitting at weekends for families I met through nursery work, which has grown into more frequent childcare support.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and Young People’s Workforce. I am a Designated Safeguarding Lead, completed in March 2025 with Alison Sayers. I am on the DBS Update Service and fully first aid trained. I also hold a Food Safety qualification and have completed sleep training, asthma and allergy awareness training, and training in emotional development and self-regulation. In addition, I have taken part in ongoing early years professional development covering safeguarding, behaviour management, child development, and health and safety in childcare settings. I am currently working towards my Level 3 SENCO qualification.

My Availability

My availability is mainly evenings and weekends, however with notice I can be flexible and available at any time or day.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £17.00 per hour

My fees are flexible and depend on the hours required, location, and level of care needed. I am happy to discuss individual family needs to agree a suitable arrangement.
