Registered Childminder Job in Watford
About Me
We’re a family looking for a warm, reliable childminder for our daughter, who will be around 10 months old when we’re hoping care to begin in January 2027. I’m returning to work in February 2027 after maternity leave, and we’d love to arrange a January start to give plenty of time to settle in at her own pace.
Days and hours needed: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8am–6pm but can be flexible around times.
About our daughter:
She is a happy, sociable baby who loves interaction and being around people. We’re looking for someone who will give her lots of warmth, stimulation and consistency as she grows.
What we’re looking for
• Ofsted registered
• Able to accept the 30 hours government funded childcare
• Experience with babies and young children
• A nurturing, routine-led environment with plenty of play and outdoor time
• Good communication with parents — we’d love regular updates throughout the day
A bit about us:
We’re a two-parent working family. I work from home, so flexibility and trust are really important to us. We’re looking for someone who will feel like a true extension of our family - someone our daughter can build a strong bond with.
