My Experience

I currently work in a nursery alongside my studies, caring for children aged 6 months to 5 years old. I also worked as a teaching assistant in primary schools during 2024, supporting children in classroom activities and learning. Last summer, I worked as an au pair in Barcelona for a family with children aged 6 months to 8 years old, helping with daily routines, playtime and childcare responsibilities. Alongside this, I have experience caring for my 4-year-old niece and I am confident working with children of different ages and needs.

My Qualifications

• Second year adult nursing student at Northumbria university
• Paediatric first aid trained
• Adult first aid trained
• GCSE’s including Health & Social Care
• A Levels including Health & Social Care
• Experience in nursery and primary school settings.

My Availability

I am available weekends mostly, however my current placement is flexible and I finish at 5pm Mondays and Tuesdays, and finish at 12pm Wednesdays. If I am not at the nursery Thursday or Friday I can start as early as 7am. I am free weekday evenings from 6pm also!

My Fees

• Babysitting from £16.00 per hour

I would charge £16 per hour, with an additional £2 per hour per child if it was for more than 1 child. I would also charge an extra £2 per hour if it was from the hours after 10pm :)
