Special Needs Experience

We're looking for a person who is calm, consistent and experienced with children who have additional needs. Our son thrives with predictable routines and a low-key environment. He is bilingual in English and Portuguese but will be speaking English with you. We need someone who will follow his lead rather than push him, and who is comfortable working alongside speech and language therapy. I am flexible on my working days so we I adapt my routine for the right person.
