i, I’m Bailey! I’m a friendly, caring, and reliable childcare professional with a genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive. I absolutely love creating fun, engaging experiences through play, whether that’s getting creative with arts and crafts, baking, reading stories, exploring outdoors, or supporting children with their learning and development.
I have a full UK driving licence and have been driving for five years, so I’m happy to help with school runs, outings, and activities. I’m also more than happy to assist with children’s meals, homework, and light household tasks to help make busy family life that little bit easier.
I’m Level 3 qualified in Early Years, hold an enhanced DBS check, and have a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate, giving families peace of mind that their children are in safe and capable hands.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and taking my dog on long walks. I enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and making the most of new adventures. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents, and I always aim to create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel happy, valued, and confident to be themselves. My Experience
Working with children has always been something I genuinely love, and I feel incredibly lucky to have built my career around helping them learn, grow, and thrive. I have over five years of professional childcare experience with children from birth to 11 years old. I started my career in a childminding setting, where I spent two years caring for children of all ages in a warm, home-from-home environment. I then moved into a private nursery, where I spent a year in the baby room caring for little ones aged 0–1 before progressing to the preschool room. For the past two years, I have been the Preschool Room Manager, leading a fantastic team while creating fun, engaging, and nurturing learning experiences to help children become confident and school-ready. Alongside this role, I am also the nursery’s SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), supporting children with additional needs and working closely with families to ensure every child has the opportunity to flourish. I pride myself on being kind, patient, reliable, and approachable, and I love building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families. My goal is always to create a safe, happy, and caring environment where children feel valued, supported, and free to be themselves.
My Qualifications
I hold a level 3 qualification in childcare and adulation.
I’m paediatric first aid trained.
I hold safeguarding and food hygiene training.
I’m hold a current and relevant DBS whilst being in the update service
I’m also a DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead)
My Availability
My Fees
- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
Babysitting rate is for 1 child, for each additional child is £1
For any additional travel ( school collections, after school clubs ect) additional charges will vary and be discussed per family:)
