About Me
I am the proud mother of a delightful 5-year-old daughter, Bella. Bella is autistic and currently non-verbal. I am looking for support during the summer holidays for approximately three weeks, with the possibility of ongoing sessions during term time if we find the right fit.
Bella is a happy, affectionate little girl who enjoys outdoor activities, sensory play, and one-to-one attention. Experience supporting autistic children, particularly non-verbal children, would be highly valued. We live near Causeway.
My Requirements
I am looking for a patient, kind and reliable childminder with experience supporting children with autism. Bella may need support with communication, transitions between activities, and understanding her needs. She is generally a happy child and responds well to calm, consistent routines.
The role would involve engaging her in play-based activities, supporting her development, and ensuring her safety and wellbeing. A willingness to learn about Bella's individual needs and build a positive relationship with her is important.
Summer support is my immediate priority, but I would be interested in discussing ongoing arrangements during term time if suitable.
