My Experience

I have worked in childcare on and off since 2019 and hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education. Throughout my experience, I have worked with children aged 0–5 years, supporting their learning, development, and daily care within nursery settings.

I am currently working as a Room Leader and Senior Practitioner, where I am responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, planning age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework, supporting children’s individual needs and development, and building strong relationships with parents and carers.

I am DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) trained, paediatric first aid qualified, and hold an enhanced DBS certificate. My experience has helped me develop strong skills in behaviour management, communication, safeguarding, and supporting children’s emotional and educational development.

I am passionate about providing high-quality childcare and helping children grow in confidence, independence, and wellbeing through positive and engaging experiences.
