My Requirements
We are looking for a caring, trustworthy, and experienced childminder for our 21-month-old daughter.
Our daughter’s safety, happiness, and development are our highest priorities. We would like someone who:
• Is fully registered, qualified, and has up-to-date first aid training.
• Provides a safe, clean, secure, and child-friendly environment.
• Has experience caring for toddlers and understands their developmental needs.
• Is warm, patient, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys spending time with young children.
• Encourages learning through play, reading, creative activities, outdoor play, and social interaction.
• Maintains good communication with parents and provides regular updates on our daughter’s day.
• Respects family values, routines, and dietary requirements.
• Is reliable, punctual, and professional.
Weekend availability is essential, as both parents are hairdressers and weekends are our busiest working days. We are looking for someone who can provide consistent care on Saturdays and Sundays and become a positive and trusted part of our daughter’s life.
Most importantly, we hope to find someone with whom our daughter feels comfortable, happy, and secure. Someone she will look forward to seeing and who will care for her with kindness, patience, and genuine affection.
