About Me
Hello, my name is Maria, and I am a mother to a wonderful 7-year-old daughter. My experience as a parent, combined with my passion for children’s development and wellbeing, has inspired me to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating childcare environment.
I offer a Montessori-inspired setting, where children have access to genuine Montessori materials and activities that encourage independence, confidence, concentration, and a love of learning. While Montessori principles form the foundation of my approach, I also value and draw inspiration from a range of other educational philosophies and pedagogies. I believe every child is unique, and I adapt my practice to meet each child’s individual needs, interests, and stage of development.
My aim is to provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment where children feel valued, respected, and supported to reach their full potential through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences.
My Experience
As a mother to a 7-year-old daughter, I have gained valuable hands-on experience in caring for and supporting a child’s growth and development. Through parenting, I have developed a strong understanding of children’s emotional, social, and developmental needs.
In addition to my personal experience, I have a keen interest in child development and early years education. I continuously expand my knowledge of Montessori principles and other childcare approaches to provide children with engaging learning opportunities tailored to their individual needs.
I am committed to creating a caring, respectful, and supportive environment where children feel secure, confident, and encouraged to explore the world around them at their own pace.

My Availability
My setting is open Tuesday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, providing a flexible and welcoming environment for children throughout the day.
I may also be able to offer Monday half-day sessions, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

My Fees
- Childminding from £9.50 per hour
My childcare fee is £9.50 per hour or £90 per full day.
I offer a high-quality, Montessori-inspired environment with a variety of engaging activities and learning opportunities tailored to each child’s individual needs and interests.
I also work with government-funded childcare schemes and can accept eligible funded hours. Please contact me to discuss your requirements and funding eligibility, and I will be happy to provide further information.
