My Experience

I began my childcare career straight after leaving school when I started my childcare apprenticeship in a nursery setting. This took me 15-months to complete. After successfully achieving my qualification, I stayed at the nursery as a fully qualified practitioner, where I gained experience caring for and supporting young children. My role involved supervising children, supporting their play and learning, setting up engaging activities, assisting with snack times, maintaining a clean and organised environment, and ensuring the children were always safe, happy, and well cared for. Through my experience, I have developed strong communication skills, responsibility and patience. I have also gained a good understanding of child development, safeguarding, children’s routines, and the importance of creating a positive and nurturing environment for children. I later moved to a different nursery, which allowed me to broaden my experience by working with new colleagues, children, and families, helping me further develop my skills and adaptability within childcare settings.

My Availability

I have a flexible schedule and I am available most of the time, including weekdays, evenings, and some weekends. I am reliable and happy to accommodate different childcare needs whenever possible. If I have any prior commitments, I will always communicate these. I aim to be as flexible as possible and i am happy to discuss availability to find times that work best for families.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

£12 per hour for one child. For two or more children, rates can be discussed depending on ages and requirements. I’m happy to do regular bookings and can be flexible for longer sessions or occasional overnight stays. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your family’s needs.
