About Me
I am a fully registered childminder, for EYFS children accepting funded hours for September start. I live in Melton (South side) with my husband who is a teacher and two children aged 13 & 15. My home has a dedicated playroom and I plan on offering trips to local playgroups, parks, outdoor & indoor soft play parks and places within a short drive including Rutland Water & Twin Lakes.
My Experience
My work history is in property management for the past 15 years- however, i am focused on providing a safe & secure environment & a home from home setting for EYSF learning and play. I have exeptional admin skills and like to have a plan, stucture and routine to my days. I have helped out at church toddler groups for many years & volunteer work at children's summer camps. In Jan 2026 I spent time at an orphanage in Uganda in a baby and toddler unit.
My Qualifications
10 GCSE's inc Maths. English & Science, AVCE in Hotel & Catering Management, 21:BSC in Hospitality & Business Management. Paediatric First Aid trained & relevant Childcare EYFS course completed. I also have the A1 Assessor Award in Business Admin and am a Grade 8 Violinist.
My Availability
I am flexible with hours to suit - I will be term time but please enquire for any availability over the holiday periods.
My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour

- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Swallowdale Primary School and Community Centre
