Looking for a Nanny for my 6 year old daughter

Full time working single mother living in Stoke by Clare. Three children aged 14 year old boy, 10 year old son and a daughter who is 5 nearly 6.
My Requirements
My eldest are self supporting now, but I am looking for a babysitter for occasional evenings/live out nanny to support my daughter over the summer holidays. My daughter has Type 1 diabetes which is easily managed through her phone and does not require intervention through any equipment. Full training will be provided for the phone app and how to deal with hypos.
However, she does require 1-2-1 observation because of her diabetes. Therefore would be looking for someone for 3-5 days a week over the summer holidays except the 17-21st August. I would be looking for the applicant to take her to the park, in their car, out on local day trips/picnics etc and spend time in our home. You would be provided with a key, packed lunch and anything you need.
She is a very happy, great fun and lovely little girl.
Keen to find the right person. Day or weekly rate is negotiable based on experience and availability.
