About Me
We are a warm, friendly family looking for a temporary nanny to help care for our sweet 4-month-old baby while I am traveling.
We are seeking someone available from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, June 15–19, who has experience caring for infants and is confident supporting age-appropriate routines, including feeding, playtime, naps, and general baby care.
An important part of the role will be assisting with our baby’s bath time and evening routine before the end of each shift.
We also have dogs, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable around pets and enjoys being in a family environment with animals.
We’re hoping to find a reliable, nurturing, and attentive caregiver who will provide a safe, engaging, and caring experience for our little one during this period. If you have infant experience and are comfortable with dogs, we’d love to hear from you.
My Requirements
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and nurturing nanny to care for our 4-month-old baby from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, June 15–19 while a parent is traveling.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing attentive, age-appropriate care and supervision at all times.
* Following our baby’s established feeding, nap, and play schedule.
* Preparing and giving bottles as needed.
* Changing diapers and maintaining good hygiene practices.
* Engaging in developmental activities such as tummy time, reading, singing, and interactive play.
* Assisting with and completing the baby’s bath time and evening routine.
* Monitoring the baby’s well-being and keeping parents updated throughout the day.
* Keeping baby-related items and areas tidy, including bottles, feeding supplies, and play spaces.
Requirements:
* Previous experience caring for infants, preferably babies under 6 months old.
* Current infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to provide proof of certification).
* Excellent references from previous childcare positions.
* A caring, patient, and dependable personality.
* Non-smoker.
* Comfortable around dogs and able to work in a pet-friendly home.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
