We are a young, growing family with a one-year-old child and another baby due to arrive soon. Alongside family life, we run our own business, care for our dog, and manage a busy farm, so life is wonderfully full and active.
We are looking for a reliable and caring person to help us balance day-to-day family life. This could be in the form of a childminder, a babysitter for weekends and occasional overnight stays, or someone able to provide more general household and family support.
A live-in arrangement may be available for the right candidate. Due to our rural location and the nature of the role, a full driving licence and access to a car are essential.
We are seeking someone who is flexible, trustworthy, and enjoys being part of a busy family environment.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone who can support our 1yo's development through play, reading, learning activities, and key milestones such as potty training. With a new baby arriving soon, we would also welcome help with newborn care and easing the day-to-day demands of family life.
