Krissi
Looking for a part time Live Out Nanny from 14th july until beg Sep 2026
About Me
Hi, Iām Krissi and I live with my husband Dan and our two children ā our 7-year-old daughter Sofia and our 3-year-old son Kyri.
I work from home, although this can be very difficult during school holidays and busy family periods. Last summer I found it really hard to manage without much of a break, so this year we are looking for some flexible childcare/support to help make things easier for everyone.
Kyri is autistic, non-verbal, and has developmental delays. He is a really loving, happy little boy who enjoys being outdoors, playing in the garden, water play, trips out, and familiar routines. He does need close supervision, as he has limited understanding of danger and can find some situations challenging.
At the moment, we are quite flexible with what we need and are open to discussing what might work best. This could include spending time with Kyri at home, playing with him in the garden, supporting him with mealtimes, or helping with short outings. It may also include coming with me on family days out, such as Longleat, so I have an extra pair of hands, or occasionally helping with Sofia ā for example taking her to the cinema or doing an activity with her.
We are looking for someone kind, calm, patient and reliable, ideally with some understanding of autism or additional needs, although the right personality and willingness to learn is just as important to us. We would love to find someone who can build a trusting relationship with our children and become a supportive, friendly presence for our family.
My Requirements
Our childcare requirements are flexible, but may include:
Supporting our 3-year-old son at home or in the garden
Helping with play, water play, mealtimes and general supervision
Accompanying us on family outings as an extra pair of hands
Occasionally taking our 7-year-old daughter to an activity, such as the cinema
Providing support during school holidays so I can work from home
Experience with autism/additional needs would be helpful, but a calm, caring and patient nature is most important
