My approach is inspired by the Montessori Approach. Children learn best through play, and this is at the heart of my setting. At Castle Walk Tiny Treasures you’ll find continuous open-ended resources—and plenty of opportunities to get messy! We will be spending lots of time exploring in the garden and the great outdoors as well as having a continuous provision
My Experience
I have had 10 years of experience working in schools and private nurseries. I have worked as a nursery practitioner, senior room leader and a deputy manager. I’ve loved every minute, but I’m now excited to take the next step. I have experience across all age groups within the EYFS and currently hold level 4 early years qualification.
