About Me
Fifty two year old mother to four grown up sons, desperate for a grandchild but none in sight ! Would like occasional babysitting at weekends, mainly to be around small children again , I miss it SO much. My youngest son has autism and I battled my way through the SEN system - homeschooling for four years , but he’s now 17 and thriving.
I can only work every other weekend but could do some week day evenings if there’s enough notice.
Storytelling and baking, arts and crafts and having fun a specialty!
Would love to make a connection with a family and be called on occasionally to help out.
I drive and could cover the north Norfolk area.
Just testing the water to see if the right person needing occasional help is out there. Miss being around little ones terribly.
My Experience
Mother of 4 with youngest having an ASD diagnosis. Ex trustee at SEN school. Worked as P.A to Paralympian.
My Qualifications
Practical hands on life skills and knowledge of SEN. Strong in common sense and empathy.
My Availability
Occasional weekends. Could do the odd day if given notice. I’m thinking more along the lines of the babysitter you need when you’re going out for the night kind of thing.
