Mother of two autistic kids who struggle with school but are very bright.

My Requirements

Babysitter

Potentially some daytime support and maybe some evenings as I co parent and their dad is now working shifts, ideally from someone who can also be a tutor but this will need to build up gradually.
We need someone to come to our home as I already have a childminder for school holidays this is term time only.
It will take time for the children to trust you and get to know you. Needs to be SEN experienced, academically bright, OFSTED registered and bonus points if you're neurodivergent yourself.
