My Experience

I have experience caring for children through both family and volunteering roles. Although I do not live with my younger siblings, aged 12 and 5, I regularly support in their care when needed. This includes supervising activities, engaging them in play, and ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Through this, I have developed strong patience, responsibility, and the ability to adapt to different age groups.

In addition, I have volunteered through a university programme supporting after-school care for children. In this role, I helped supervise and lead activities, ensuring children were engaged in safe, structured, and enjoyable play.

I am also confident in my ability to care for new borns if required, as I am calm, attentive, and understand the importance of close supervision, feeding routines, and maintaining a safe environment for very young children.

My Qualifications

- Currently a medical student at Bangor University
- Experience working as a carer, supporting individuals with daily care needs and responsibility
- Practical experience caring for children through family (younger siblings aged 12 and 5)
- Volunteering experience in an after-school programme, supporting and supervising children in structured activities
- Strong understanding of safety, responsibility, and attentive care due to healthcare and caregiving background

My Availability

I am currently on summer break from university and therefore have a very flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. I am able to adapt my hours to suit the needs of the family.
I also work as a carer, so my availability may vary slightly depending on my shifts. However, I am generally flexible and happy to plan in advance to ensure consistency and reliability.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

My rates are flexible and open to discussion. I am primarily looking for experience and enjoy working with children.
