I work shifts and some weeks need childcare during the day, and other weeks I need cover in the evening (e.g. 8am - 5pm and some weeks 2pm-midnight) due to emergency services shift pattern. Most days her dad, family or nursery can cover so I'd mostly need someone that wouldn't mind being flexible a few times a month.
