About Me
My DS is 5 years old and has ASD. He receives 1:1 support in mainstream school and loves outdoor play, music, dancing, and sensory activities like sand play. He's a sweet boy who adores his little brother. He loves books and enjoys retelling stories in his own words. He can communicate verbally and with gestures, and speaks simple sentences. I'm looking for a tutor to help him develop his reading and writing skills. Teaching at home can be challenging as he gets easily distracted, so a tutor with experience working with children with ASD and sensory needs would be ideal.
My Requirements
Looking for 1–1.5 hours tutoring per day during school holidays. During school term, 1 hour on weekends. Happy for tutoring at home or can travel up to 4–5 miles. Tutors with experience supporting children with ASD and sensory needs preferred.
