My Experience

I am a dedicated and experienced Early Years Practitioner with over five years of experience working with children aged 6 months to 5 years. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Childhood Studies, which has provided me with a strong understanding of child development, learning theories, safeguarding, inclusion, and effective early years practice.

Throughout my career, I have provided high-quality care and education within nurturing, inclusive, and child-centred environments that support children’s learning, wellbeing, and development. I have extensive experience supporting children with a range of individual needs, including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), adapting learning experiences, communication methods, and environments to ensure every child can fully participate and thrive.

I have completed Paediatric First Aid training and have received training in supporting children with diabetes, including the monitoring and management of insulin pump systems. This has enabled me to confidently support children’s health, wellbeing, and medical needs while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

I am confident in implementing inclusive practices, promoting children’s communication, social development, independence, and wellbeing, and creating environments where all children feel valued, respected, and supported. I am a reflective practitioner with a commitment to continuous professional development and strive to provide high-quality early learning experiences that enable every child to reach their full potential.
