About Me
My name is Yasmin, my background is Portuguese & Turkish, however born and raised in London, Enfield. I’ve been married for 4 years and have a 16month old daughter. I am the owner of YPKsKitchen and would like to re-start and push the business forward however have a few minor delays due to the worries of putting Zya into childcare.
Despite my childcare requirements seeming much to some, I am a very laid back, down to earth and patient person, however when it comes to the needs of my daughter I will go beyond what she needs to ensure she is well looked after whilst not in my own care.
My Requirements
I am happy for Zya to be cared for at your premises if there are other children and you are local or alternatively for you to be here for the few hours of the day, per week that I would require. My wants may seem overwhelming & controlling so I can understand if this is not for you. You may be able to offer alternatives to my wants but some are non negotiable for me. They will contain *
I would require her to have:
1:2 ratio when being looked after*
(She doesn’t need to be stood over the whole time, but when it comes to teaching skills, vocals, etc - I want her to have a child to play with & an adult present to encourage, guide, correct & notice her milestones)
Meals can be discussed if you provide at extra costs/have set menu etc. I am also more than happy to provide her cooked meals & snacks for the duration of her hours.
Fruit & veg to be given *
Medicine administration is NOT allowed*
If she shows signs of teething/pain/etc - I will come and administer her medication myself - and then leave, if it is necessary I will bring her home.
If she is poorly, with fever etc I would rearrange/cancel the childcare within adequate time for both parties*
If another child in your care is showing symptoms of illness, I would like to be made aware immediately to ensure my daughter doesn’t get sick
There must be no pork or alcohol on the premises*
I would like to know the schedule you have planned for the week/days/times that she is in your care. - this is so that if there is anything she is not getting, I can fill in the gaps or I can bring her at times where she will be able to take part. (If available). **
I do need someone flexible..
The arrangement I am looking for is 3 days at 4h each day at the most.
She would essentially be doing 3 days on/5 days off to match the 4 days on/4days off of my husband’s schedule.
The times I am currently looking at is 11:00-15:00 or 12:00-16:00.
She would be attending weekends if you offer, or we can discuss alternatives to the times/days depending on your availability.
