References
Dr Rosie Adsley: Carrie has a warm and patient nature and interacts very naturally with children. She is approachable for both children and parents and I have seen her show kindness, attentiveness, and genuine interest in a range of children’s wellbeing and development over the years. Having worked with Carrie over many years and observed her interactions with her own and other children, I have seen that she is able to create a safe and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and valued.
Louise: As Carrie’s friend, I can reassure you that she can offer a safe working environment for children. She is an excellent role model to both adults and children alike, this I have seen on a day-to-day basis as a former work colleague. The qualities I have seen in Carrie in the workplace are of the highest of standards of professionalism. She has the leadership skills to plan and oversee ideas, she is a fantastic collaborator, proactive, has an excellent work ethic dedicated and reliable. I would describe Carrie as trustworthy, honest and really does excel in building positive relationships with others, she is happiest when celebrating the achievement of her friends, family and colleagues and seeing others do well and be happy.
Carrie is a wonderful genuine caring person; I have full confidence in recommending Carrie as a childminder and would have no hesitation leaving my own child in her care
