My Experience

Room Leader: As a member of the management team, I lead all aspects of the
operational and administrative services within the baby room.
· Contribute to the nurserys agenda to bring the best practice we can.
· Select, and mentor appropriate practitioners that come to work in the room.
· Significant care to all the babies in everyday running of the room.
· Oversee all the baby room administrative processes.
· Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required
· Manage effectively human resource issues that arise.
· Stock management: reduction and efficiency.
· Ensure Health & Safety processes are embedded, and daily checks are complete.
· Ensure Safeguarding processes are embedded, and daily checks are complete.
· Answering calls from parents and ensuring they have full knowledge of how their
babies day has been.

My Availability

Available mon-Fri during school hours, but can offer other times with notice.
I would ideally like to work 3/4 days a week but also negotiable.

• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
