About Me

Hi, I'm Lindsay an Ofsted registered Childminder here at Explore and Grow home nursery.
I am a qualified Early Years Teacher with QTS of 16 years.
I am committed to the development of every child in my care; I am a positive role model and encourage them to be happy, secure and confidence young people. I will provide a supportive environment where your child will be able to learn through play and follow the EYFS curriculum that will help them progress, learn and achieve.
I am a Mummy to three gorgeous children and I love spending time outside, having days out and also cooking and baking.

My Experience

I am an experienced Early Years Teacher and have over 15 years worth of experience in classrooms, working primarily with Nursery, Reception and KS1 age children. I have worked with a broad range of children, including children with SEND and also have the invaluable experience of being a Mummy to my own three children.
I love spending our days, doing the things we love and making the best memories together.

I strive to constantly update my training record and regularly take part in my own CPD to further my understanding and knowledge.

My Availability

I am available Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5.30pm and accept both full and part time children. I also offer a drop off and pick up before school and after school from St Giles C of E School in Pontefract.
