My Requirements

I'm looking for a mother's help type role — someone who'll work alongside me most of the time, supporting with childcare and light housework, but who can also be in sole charge when I need to be out. In the early weeks after birth, I'll need support with my recovery and looking after my older son. As I regain my strength, I'll need flexibility for the nanny to take my son out to play, to gymnastics, and occasionally so I can nap or go to the gym. My son is very physically competent with jumping and climbing, so I need someone who's confident physically and can keep him safe during active play. An Ofsted-registered nanny would be ideal. It's important that the nanny has a good awareness of fitness and nutrition as it's a central piece in our lives.
