My Experience

With over ten years of professional childcare experience caring for children from infancy through to teenagers, I have developed a warm, patient, and nurturing approach while maintaining the organisation and reliability that busy working families value. My background includes nursery work, nannying, teaching, and family-focused hospitality roles, giving me extensive experience supporting children's development through play, learning, outings, and structured daily routines. Through my nursery and early years experience, I have gained a strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and early childhood development, enabling me to plan age-appropriate activities that support children's learning, confidence, communication, and emotional wellbeing while recognising and nurturing each child's individual needs and interests.
