My Experience

I have over 10 years of childcare experience working with children of various ages in both nursery and nannying roles. I began my career at the age of 16 in a nursery setting where I worked for four years gaining valuable experience in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
I then moved into a nannying role, caring for two young boys for approximately a year before taking time away to have my own daughter.
Following this, I returned to childcare and joined another nursery where I progressed to the position of Deputy Manager further developing my leadership skills and knowledge of early years education.
I currently work as a nanny for a family with two older girls and have built a strong, trusting relationship with both the children and their parents over the past 4 years. As the children have now reached an age where they no longer require a nanny I am seeking a new opportunity where I can continue to provide high-quality, nurturing childcare and support families in their day to day lives.

My Qualifications

I hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Development, providing me with a strong foundation in child development, safeguarding and early years care. I am DBS checked and registered with the DBS Update Service ensuring my checks remain current and accessible. Throughout my career I have remained committed to maintaining high professional standards and always hope to expand my skills and knowledge. I am enthusiastic about undertaking any additional training required to support the needs of the families I work with and to further enhance the quality of care I provide.

My Availability

I am available Monday-Friday all day with the exception of Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm onwards. This is due to the fact I own a dance troupe and these are our training evenings.

My Fees

• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

I am happy to negotiate fee’s but currently receive £14.50 per hour from my current employer.
