About Me

We are a warm family based in Chislehurst looking for an experienced nanny to join our family from July/August onwards.



We have two lovely boys:

- Jack, aged 3.5, who is active, fun, loves books, dinosaurs, swimming and being outdoors

- Ollie, aged 7 months, who is a very happy baby but has recently been struggling with allergies and feeding issues, meaning we are looking for additional support during the week



I am currently on maternity leave with Ollie, however due to his feeding/allergy challenges we are now looking for an experienced nanny to support us primarily with his care during the weekdays.



Days:

Ideally Tuesday–Thursday (Friday too if it suits the right person) (we already have a nanny on Mondays), although we can be flexible for the right person.



Hours:

Starting at 7am as both my husband and I work in the City and need to leave early. Ideally until around 6:30pm, although we are happy to discuss longer hours if needed. Fridays can be slightly more flexible.



Start Date:

Anytime between 1st July and mid/end of August.



The role would include:

- Caring for Ollie during the day, including developmental play, outings and maintaining routines

- Taking Jack to nursery Tuesday–Thursday and collecting him at the end of the day

- Potentially taking Jack to school on Fridays if working that day

- Helping with children’s laundry, tidying play areas/bedrooms and keeping children’s equipment organised

- Supporting with appointments for Ollie if required

- Occasional later evening cover on an ad hoc basis if one parent is travelling for work



We are looking for someone experienced and confident with babies and young children, particularly due to Ollie’s allergies and feeding issues.



A driver would be strongly preferred. You would either have access to our car for nanny duties or be welcome to use your own car.



We are based around a 20-minute walk from Chislehurst High Street, close to woods, parks and lots of lovely outdoor spaces for children.



We are looking for someone warm, proactive, organised and kind who enjoys becoming part of family life while also encouraging good manners, structure and routine.
