Hi, I’m Lisa, a caring, reliable and experienced childcare professional based in Dedworth.
As a mum of two young girls, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your children.
I provide a safe, nurturing and fun environment where children can learn, play and thrive. I enjoy planning engaging activities, spending time outdoors and supporting every child to develop at their own pace while making families feel supported and confident.
I also offer drop off and collection from Homer First School.
My Experience
I have hands-on experience caring for babies and young children through raising my own two daughters, including caring for a baby and an energetic toddler. I am passionate about child development and creating meaningful learning experiences through play. I am working towards establishing Willow Bears Childcare and am committed to providing high-quality, home-based childcare where every child feels happy, secure and valued.
My Qualifications
I am committed to providing high-quality childcare and continually developing my knowledge and skills. I follow the EYFS framework and create a safe, stimulating environment where children can learn through play. I am passionate about supporting children’s development, building positive relationships with families and maintaining high standards of care.

My Availability
I am available Tuesday to Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm. I can offer regular childcare, school holiday care and babysitting, subject to availability.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
I offer affordable, high-quality childcare in a warm, home-from-home environment.
My fees are £8.00 per hour, with funded childcare places available for eligible families.
I provide healthy snacks throughout the day, and families are asked to provide a packed lunch for their child.
Outings may incur an additional charge and will only be arranged following consultation and agreement with parents/carers.
