My Requirements

Nanny to a 6yr boy and 4yr girl. Average of 30-35hrs per week split over a "school" and "holiday" schedule - e.g. 34 weeks of school (30hours) and 13 weeks of holiday (45hrs) Flexible so can discuss hours and routine depending on nanny's needs. Occasional morning or late flexibility where both parents sometimes travel for work.

In working with a nanny we want it to be a partnership - we want to give our nanny space to build their own relationship with the children and bring their own approach to development.

Package
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Holiday: can discuss but working to a standard 28 days, 3 weeks of which we ask to overlap with family holiday.
- Place of work: Hook Heath, Woking, GU22
- Benefits / extras: Room and ensuite available if needed, access to pool in summer, use of electric car for school runs / errands
- Role start: September 2026 in time for new school start, but have flexibility beyond this

Childcare Duties:
- After-school care including pick-up, snack preparation, and supervision.
- Support with homework, school projects and their broader development
- Organize age-appropriate activities and trips (especially for holiday weeks)
- Pick up/ drop off for clubs
- Prepare and serve meals
- Occasional morning care including breakfast, school preparation, and drop-off

Light household Support:
- Perform light housework including tidying, vacuuming, and kitchen clean-up
- Keep children’s bedrooms, play areas, and common spaces tidy and organised
- Manage children’s laundry and assist with general household laundry as needed
- Run errands such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions
- Maintain household supplies and assist with basic organization

Schools are very close to each other in central Guildford 15-20m drive from home. Often pick and drop off is shared across nearby family too with grandparents 2mins away as well.
