My Experience

I have over 15 years of experience working in Early Years and childcare. I began my childcare journey at 16 while studying Early Years at college and have worked in the sector continuously since qualifying.

Throughout my career, I have worked my way through every level of childcare, from practitioner roles to senior leadership positions, including Nursery Manager and Area Manager. This has given me extensive experience caring for children of all ages and supporting families from a wide range of backgrounds.

I have a particular passion for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and have significant experience supporting children with additional needs, working closely with families and external professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need to flourish.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 3 qualification in Children's Care, Learning and Development and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership in Children's Care, Learning and Development. I have also completed various CPD courses to keep my knowledge and skills up to date. I am DBS checked and first aid trained, ensuring I can provide safe, professional, and high-quality care for children.

My Availability

I offer flexible childcare availability, including mornings, school runs, after-school care, evenings, and weekends. I’m happy to provide reliable support that fits your family’s schedule, whether you need regular or occasional care.
