My Experience

I have over 9 years of professional childcare experience, having worked in nurseries since I was 17. I am level 6 qualified and I am currently a Room Lead, where I oversee the day-to-day running of my room while ensuring every child receives the highest standard of care and support.
Throughout my career, I have worked with children from birth to 5 years old, giving me extensive experience across all stages of early childhood development. I have supported children with a wide range of additional needs, including children with SEND, PEG-fed children, children with allergies, and those requiring individual care plans. This has given me the confidence to provide safe, inclusive, and compassionate care tailored to each child's unique needs.
I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, and feel secure. I love planning fun, engaging activities, encouraging creativity and independence, and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families.
Parents describe me as caring, patient, reliable, and approachable. I understand how important it is to leave your child with someone you can trust, and I always strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and enjoyable environment where children feel happy, valued, and supported.

My Qualifications

I am level 6 qualified in early education, first aid trained, have a food hygiene qualification andany more including safeguarding along side my 9 years experience in nurseries, 3 of which I have been a room lead

My Availability

I currently work full time as a room lead at a nursery so I am looking for jobs on evening after 6.30pm and on weekends.
